Seabourn is unveiling a pair of new voyages aboard Seabourn Quest, with extended itineraries that will take travelers into the Amazon and around the world.
The 30-day “Amazon Explorer: Rivers & Rainforests” voyage will sail in late 2028, followed by the 138-day “Iconic Islands & Remote Horizons” World Cruise, departing in January, 2029.
Amazon Explorer: Rivers & Rainforests
The 30-day “Amazon Explorer: Rivers & Rainforests” voyage will sail roundtrip from Miami from November 18 to December 18, 2028, visiting 15 destinations across seven countries.
The itinerary will take Seabourn Quest through the Caribbean and into the Amazon River, with scenic cruising and stops in riverside communities and cities. The voyage includes an overnight stay in Manaus, Brazil, giving passengers additional time to explore the city and its cultural attractions.
Other Amazon-region stops include Santarém, Boca da Valeria and Parintins, Brazil. The itinerary also includes a visit to Devil's Island in French Guiana, along with Caribbean destinations including Saint Barthelemy, Trinidad and Grenada.
The voyage is part of Seabourn's 40th-anniversary Ruby Jubilee year. Following the Amazon sailing, Seabourn Quest will operate two 10-day Caribbean holiday voyages before departing Miami on January 7, 2029, for its World Cruise.
"The Amazon is one of the world's most fascinating destinations, offering a sense of exploration unlike anywhere else in the world," says Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn. "Seabourn Quest will take guests into the heart of the Amazon to discover its extraordinary landscapes, cultures and traditions, while delivering the personalized service, thoughtfully curated experiences and intimate atmosphere that define Seabourn."
Iconic Islands & Remote Horizons
Seabourn’s newly announced 138-day “Iconic Islands & Remote Horizons” World Cruise will sail from Miami to Lisbon from January 7 through May 26, 2029. The itinerary covers more than 32,000 nautical miles and visits 58 destinations in 31 countries and territories across five continents.
The voyage will travel through the Americas, South Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, Africa and Europe. Destinations include Easter Island, Bora Bora, Bali, Singapore, Sydney, Zanzibar and Cape Town, along with less frequently visited ports such as Nuku Hiva in the Marquesas Islands, Praslin in the Seychelles, Antsiranana in Madagascar and Burnie in Tasmania.
The itinerary includes more than 25 UNESCO World Heritage sites and 20 extended stays, including eight overnight calls in destinations such as Lima, Easter Island, Bora Bora, Bali, Singapore, Sydney, Zanzibar and Cape Town.
Full-voyage passengers will also receive several additional experiences and amenities, including an included two-day, one-night Seabourn Journey in Bali and an exclusive evening at the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa in Cape Town. Other benefits include round-trip business-class airfare, a one-night pre-cruise hotel stay in Miami, shipboard credit, upgraded Wi-Fi and unlimited laundry services.
Seabourn is also planning shorter segments of the World Cruise for travelers who do not want to book the full 138-day itinerary. Additional details about those segments will be announced later.
Guests who book the full World Cruise or eligible segments by September 17, 2026, will receive 10 percent early-booking savings.
"Our 2029 World Cruise exemplifies the type of extraordinary travel experiences that define Seabourn," says Tamis. "This voyage combines globally celebrated destinations with some of the world's most remote and fascinating places, creating opportunities for deeper discovery and meaningful cultural connection. From exclusive shoreside events and immersive experiences to the personalized service and intimacy that set Seabourn apart, every element of this journey has been thoughtfully designed to inspire and enrich our guests.”
