Star Clippers is offering hundreds of dollars of credits to travelers who book select sailings aboard its three tall sailing vessels in 2024 and 2025.
More than 90 sailings are included in the specialty cruise line’s wave season promotion, which runs through March 31.
Residents of North, Central and South America who book before that date can get a $240 air credit per person and a $200 onboard credit per cabin for sailings aboard the Star Clipper or the Star Flyer. They can also get a $124 air credit and a $200 onboard credit on cruises aboard Royal Clipper.
The air credits can be used for flights purchased through Star Clippers or as a discount on the cruise fare. The onboard credits are good for shore excursions, drinks, Wi-Fi packages, massages and items purchased from onboard Sloop Shops.
Star Clipper and Star Flyer can accommodate up to 166 passengers each. Royal Clipper is much larger, with space for 227 guests; it also holds the world record for being the largest square rigger in service.
Star Clippers is just one of the many cruise lines offering deals and perks during wave season, which typically lasts from January to March. Hurtigruten, Emerald Cruises, Holland America Line and several other lines are also giving travelers a chance to save when they book within the next few months.
