2027 is set to be a rewarding year of travel for JetBlue’s most loyal passengers.
The New York-based carrier has announced expanded benefits for its TrueBlue loyalty program, starting early next year.
TrueBlue members with status across all four tiers of the loyalty program’s Mosaic levels will see enhanced perks, including more opportunities for upgrades and new benefits for JetBlue Premier credit cardmembers.
A major highlight of the new perks will be complimentary upgrades to the carrier’s new domestic first class cabin, BlueFirst, for all Mosaic members and a travel companion on the same reservation when space is available.
JetBlue Premier Cardmembers will also be eligible for the upgrades to BlueFirst when they use their credit card to book eligible fares.
Premium upgrade certificates (which were formerly called Moved to Mint certificates) can now be used for Mint or BlueFirst seats, where available. One certificate is available for Mosaic 2 members through Perks You Pick, and Mosaic 3 and 4 members still get certificates as part of their usual benefits.
Top-tier Mosaic 3 and 4 members will also now have expanded Perks You Pick options, like bigger points bonuses, additional upgrades, and new ways to share points with other TrueBlue members.
Mosaic 4 members will be able to gift Mosaic 3 status or gift a BlueHouse Lounge membership.
New perks for JetBlue Premier Cardmembers include the ability to share benefits, like gifting Tiles or Mosaic status to another member, as well as a companion travel benefit that provides up to $1,500 as a statement credit toward a companion’s booking made with their Premier card.
“These updates reflect what they’ve told us matters: meaningful benefits, greater flexibility and more value as their relationship with JetBlue grows,” said Ed Pouthier, the airline’s vice president of loyalty and personalization. “Loyalty is a two-way relationship, and we’re committed to recognizing and rewarding our members every step of the way.”
The new benefits are set to take effect across the TrueBlue program on February 1, 2027.
