Let us take a moment to thank our drone overlords for once again providing some spectacular views of a truly mesmerizing destination.
Business Insider spotlights the amazing footage conjured by a pair of adventurers who trekked around South America recently.
Rather than keep it all to themselves, they duo decided to share some of their holiday travels with the rest of us in the form of the following video.
Let's first warn you that the video may beat your home footage of your own trip to the continent. But that's only because they had the help of a drone:
With that kind of beauty we understand that you are contemplating your own adventure, which we certainly hope features the kind of lush landscapes that make a viral video.
However before you go, Business Insider gives us a bit more information on the above masterpiece: "22-year-olds Adam Humphrey and Tom Montefiore shot this incredible video over 5 weeks while backpacking through South America. Using a drone, DSLR, slider, tripod, and GoPro, they were able to capture fascinating footage of Torres del Paine National Park, the Galapagos islands and more."
The two should consider themselves truly fortunate, because their five-week trip featured some of the most pristine places on earth.
They walked on blinding white desert sands, and stood near brilliantly blue waters that evolved into frantic waterfalls.
We should all be so lucky to enjoy a truly versatile part of the world that promises a journey through nearly every environment imaginable.
