Disneyland Resort’s Season of the Force, the annual spring celebration for Star Wars fans, begins March 28 with a selection of new and inspired themed food and beverage offerings. Guests visiting the park from March 28 through May 11 can enjoy a whole host of Star Wars-themed foods, including favorites like the Millennium Falcon Chocolate Lollipop and plenty of new food and drinks to enjoy. The Disney Parks Blog highlights some of the offerings that will be available. At Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, guests can enjoy two new dishes: Dewback Chili Noodles, featuring fettuccine tossed in a spicy sauce with ground pork, brussels sprout leaves and red cabbage, and Fried Chicken Baos. The Milk Stand will also offer more than just green and blue milk during the special season: it’ll offer the Toydaria Swirl, a green milk with chile-lime seasoning and mango popping spheres that add a bit of fun for boba lovers. Fan-favorite Oga’s Cantina will be offering a few new adult beverages for older Star Wars fans to enjoy, including Ne’tra gal Ale, which features a White Wampa Ale with apple cider and cherry puree and the High Republic, made with tequila, triple sec, lime juice, habanero-lime syrup, cane syrup and red wine. Oga’s Obsession and The Grinning Loth-cat will satisfy those looking for a mocktail or non-alcoholic Star Wars-themed drink.Ronto Roasters will offer a new dish called Fried Falumpaset Cheese Skewer and two new drinks: Keshian Spiced Milk Tea, inspired by horchata flavors, and the late-night Cold Brew Black Caf, which is cold brew coffee topped with sweet cream cheese and chocolate puffs. Guests heading to the Galactic Grill can enjoy new options like the Galactic Gyro Burger, Loaded Outpost Fries, Pistachio-Cherry Parfait, two new slushies offering a light side or dark side-inspired swizzle stick and more. Park visitors can participate in the Season of the Force even outside the Star Wars region. Guests and diners at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa can enjoy some Star Wars-themed treats at the hotel’s Great Hall Cart. Visitors can also enjoy the option to purchase Season of the Force novelties wherever Star Wars-themed foods are found.
