The Muppets are returning to EPCOT as part of the 2023 International Food & Wine Festival with Muppet Labs.
According to the Orlando
Sentinel, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker will play a major role at this year’s edition of the festival as they cook up new and unique flavors at the Brew-Wing Lab inside Epcot’s Odyssey building.
The Muppets’ taste-testing headquarters will concoct scientific snacks and mind-blowing beverages, including the Unnecessarily Spicy, Yet Extremely Tasty Scotch Bonnet Pepper-Curry Wings and the Pickle Milkshake.
The 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is presented by CORKCICLE and runs between July 27 and November 18. Visitors can enjoy a culinary tour across six continents at the celebration of cuisine from around the world.
The festivities include more than 25 Global Marketplaces, including returning favorites like The Fry Basket, Flavors from Fire, Canada, India and Spain marketplaces. Disney will also add four new Global Marketplaces to commemorate the Disney100 celebration:
Char & Chop, Wine & Wedge, Bubbles & Brine and Swirled Showcase.
Disney also announced there will be live musical entertainment during the Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Florida Blue Medicare at America Gardens Theatre. Guests can secure a spot for the performances with an Eat to the Beat Dining Package.
