Ensemble, a leading travel advisor consortia for top-tier advisors in North America, is enhancing the way it helps members earn more money through its profit-sharing program, now giving members their share of the consortia’s profits from 2022.
The disbursal of the profit shares will be made in two installments, though the first payment will have three quarters of the total sum of profit disbursed.
Ensemble, which was purchased by Navigatr Group in 2022, is rebuilding the consortium to focus on initiatives that will make its members more profitable, including onboarding 2,000 members onto Agent Digital Experience (ADX), an all-in-one booking and invoicing platform; new marketing programs and events; Further Your World, a new FAM program; the launch of the monthly digital magazine, Range; and a new DMC program.
