After conducting an extensive multi-million renovation, Aqua-Aston Hospitality has opened The Residences at Waikiki Beach Tower.
The newly refreshed property, formerly known as Aston Waikiki Beach Tower, is located along Kalakaua Avenue, mere steps from Waikiki Beach's famed shoreline.
In addition to its proximity to one of Hawaii's most iconic beaches, The Residences offer stellar views of the coastline, city and the volcanic edges of Diamond Head.
The property remodel included installing new flooring throughout, mango wood accents, island-living furniture, chef-inspired kitchens and spa-like master bathrooms.
The public spaces at The Residences also received millions of dollars' worth of upgrades. On the property's fourth floor an open-air recreation deck overlooking the beach was created, complete with a new fitness center, motion studio, and shower facilities. There's also a new sunset deck with fire pits, lounge seating and shaded cabanas.
Facility improvements aren't the only noteworthy changes at the property. The company said in a statement there will also be higher-end services for guests delivered by a designated host. These amenities include arrangements for luxury airport transfers, in-room spa services, family services such as babysitting referrals and guest experiences ranging from hula to ukulele lessons.
The Residences offers guests a private living experience with just four accommodations on each floor. Each of the two bedroom, two bathroom residences include living and dining areas, full kitchen and balconies with 180-degree beach views.
