The next best thing in Mexico will soon open its doors.
Palladium Hotel Group is scheduled to unveil the luxurious Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres in November of this year.
Having toured the property construction site earlier this summer, I was blown away by the size and stunning designs of the resort as well as the incredible views of the Caribbean.
Located just north of Cancun, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is an ideal destination for families, couples and big groups.
It's also nearby Isla Holbox, Isla Blanca and Isla Mujeres, so if you're the type of traveler who enjoys venturing outside the resort there are a plethora of fun options to explore.
Of course, we wouldn't blame you if you never left the resort.
Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres will feature numerous shops, bars, a cabaret dinner show, children's centers for varying ages and an amphitheater for big events. Plus, the resort will have three pools for travelers of all ages to enjoy and one pool exclusively for adults.
An awesome extra feature of this property is the on-site tennis facility. Now, this is no ordinary tennis facility either. The Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre is designed for people of all skill levels to enjoy.
The center has eight illuminated clay courts, a soccer field for teams of seven, a paddle tennis court, a bar-cafeteria with TVs, a gym and a merchandise store.
In addition, guests will have the chance to learn for and practice with tennis professionals. Private lessons are available as well as weekly tennis camps for kids during the summer.
If you're traveling as a family, the Family Selection is a huge bonus for parents. The hotel within a hotel concept gives families exclusive access to certain services, amenities and areas of the resort.
Adults can enjoy 24-hour room service, packing and unpacking services, priority restaurant reservations and complimentary access to the hydrotherapy area of the resort's Zentopia Palladium Spa & Wellness center.
Kids will be treated with special amenities like mini-bathrobes and slippers, a prepared bubble bath with water toys, milk and cookies turndown service and so much more throughout the duration of their vacation.
As for food at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, guests will be able to dine around the world. Savor delicious delights with options such as Thai, Italian, Mexican, Japanese and Indian restaurants as well as the classic steakhouse, a beach club and a sports bar.
The food and entertainment highlight will no doubt be the dinner show at Chic Cabaret & Restaurant. It was absolutely amazing at Palladium's Riviera Maya resort, quickly establishing itself as the number one restaurant in Playa del Carmen.
I have full faith the dinner show that features a gourmet menu as singers, dancers and acrobats perform live on stage will be just as a great at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.
If you feel the need to work off some of the food or are just in need of a massage, the two-story wellness center is equipped with a fitness zone as well as numerous spa services to get your body, mind and spirit back in the right place.
Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres will also be a terrific place for business travelers and destination weddings. There are multiple rooms on hand to host large crowds and events.
Weddings by Palladium can handle all the details for the bride and groom to ensure their big day is easy and carefree. Couples can choose from decorated rooms, gardens, terraces, the resort chapel or gazebos with gorgeous views. Plus, romantic honeymoon packages are also available at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.
