A Curio Collection by Hilton property is coming to Chicago's iconic lakefront Navy Pier.
The companies spearheading development of the new hotel include global real estate investment firm ACRON and hotel management firm Maverick Hotels & Restaurants.
The highly anticipated 222-room Hilton property, scheduled to open in early 2020, will be located adjacent to Festival Hall at the eastern end of the complex.
Guest rooms will feature floor to ceiling windows designed to showcase breathtaking views of Chicago's famed skyline, Lake Michigan and Navy Pier.
Additional property highlights include a high-energy first floor restaurant, a state of the art fitness center and a 30,000-square-foot rooftop restaurant, bar and event space.
Navy Pier welcomes more than 9 million guests annually and includes more than 50 acres of public spaces, restaurants, retails shops, exposition facilities and more.
The year-round attraction also offers free arts and cultural programming designed to inspire, educate and connect communities from across the city and around the globe.
