Four Seasons Breaks Ground on New Fort Lauderdale Property

Four Seasons is expanding its portfolio in Florida with the addition of a new Fort Lauderdale hotel that will include private residences
The new destination is being developed by Fort Partners and will feature 130 guest rooms and 90 private residences.

There has already been more than $100 million in sales to date tied to the residential portion of the development, according to the statement from Four Seasons.

Four Seasons will manage both the hotel and private residences.
The interior design of the new property will be led by London-based Tara Bernerd, who was responsible for the building’s full interior architecture.
Bernerd’s design is focused on being authentic to the location and appealing to hotel guests and residents from around the world. Bernderd’s resume includes other hotels, as well as private homes and yachts in London, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Hong Kong.
Martin Brudnizki, a London-based hospitality designer, developed the culinary experience at
Award-winning Miami-based architect Kobi Karp is the property architect. Karp has created properties worldwide, including in the Caribbean, the Far East, the Black Sea region and the Middle East.
Highlights of the new property include one-third of its grounds being devoted to green space. There will also be an oceanfront terrace on the third floor that includes dual pool experiences and luxury cabanas.

A signature all-day restaurant with interior and alfresco seating will be located on the oceanfront terrace with a pool bar, lounge, and an ocean-view outdoor café.
The residences, which range in size from one to four bedrooms, will include furnished and unfurnished options. Homes will range in size from 780 square feet to more than 6,000 square feet. The tallest floors of the building will feature four penthouses and three exclusive Sky Homes with dramatic 20-foot ceilings.
