Hilton Introduces AI-Powered Travel Planner

Hilton introduced the Hilton AI Planner today, a generative AI-powered digital concierge designed to help travelers navigate every stage of the booking journey. 

The Hilton AI Planner is capable of helping travelers identify the right destination, compare properties, explore amenities and more.

Real-time responses add a level of efficiency beyond what traditional search filters offer. 

The tool is currently in beta testing with a small pool of site traffic on Hilton.com, but will eventually expand to more users as the Hilton AI Planner evolves. 

“The launch of the Hilton AI Planner marks another step forward in our journey to reimagine the travel experience for Hilton guests,” said Michael Leidinger, senior vice president and chief information officer at Hilton. “This is just the beginning and a preview of where we’re going, as we continue to focus on providing thoughtful, purposeful innovation that empowers travelers.”

By March 17, 2026, all visitors to Hilton.com will have access to the Hilton AI Planner tool.
