On Nov. 1, Karisma Hotels & Resorts will raise the bar on luxury with the debut of El Dorado Seaside Suites near Tulum.
Its 192 accommodations will include oceanfront infinity Jacuzzi suites and oceanfront swim-up Jacuzzi suites with pools on private terraces or balconies. Accommodations will also feature swiveling circular sofas and outdoor day beds.
The new-build property is adjacent to Sensimar Seaside Suites, which formerly operated as El Dorado Seaside Suites.
The adults-only resort's first floor will include swim-up suites with direct access to the main swimming pool and swim-up bar. The second to sixth floors will house the infinity suites with pools.
In all, the all-inclusive resort will be equipped with 20 food and beverage outlets. Restaurants will include Mia Casa, for contemporary Italian cuisine; Klay Talay, featuring Asian dishes; Chef Market, featuring global cuisines and an array of cooking stations; and Oceanfront Gourmet Corner, for sandwiches and salads.
Seaside Suites' bars and lounges will include La Cantina Tequila Bar, featuring an extensive menu of tequilas and mescals; and the Gourmet Pub, specializing in beer, craft cocktails and wine.
The resort's N'aay Spa will be the largest be the largest spa facility in the Riviera Maya, Karisma said.
A sky deck, with panoramic views, will serve as the venue for wedding and events.
The resort is offering rates starting at $340 per person per night oceanfront infinity Jacuzzi suites or $407 per person per night for oceanfront swim-up Jacuzzi suites for stays between Nov. 1 and Dec. 22. Guests who book immediately are eligible for a promotion featuring savings of 48 percent off rates.
