Palladium Hotel Group is focusing on families with its new Family Selection program.
The new offering is designed to provide parents and kids alike with an enhanced vacation experience.

"By folding The Royal Suites Punta de Mita into the Grand Palladium Vallarta and renovating the resort to launch Family Selection service, we have not only created a more stunning vacation environment, but we are ensuring that our guests can focus on family bonding and creating memories that will last a lifetime."
Family Selection gives guests exclusive access to privileged areas of the resort, personalized services, premium products and special amenities for Very Important Kid (VIK) guests.
The program will be rolled out on June 1, 2018, at the recently renovated Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, and will then be available at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa in the Riviera Maya, starting on November 1, 2018.
The enhanced personal services start upon arrival. The resort will offer round-the-clock check-in in a private lobby. Families will also have access to a private restaurant and a bar, new entertainment units, a separate pool with waiter service and a reserved area on the beach.
Very Important Kids will receive in-room amenities such as mini bathrobes and slippers, a prepared bubble bath with water toys, cookies-and-milk turndown service, a personalized mini-bar with special beverages, in-room video games upon request and more.
The Family Selection area also includes an entertainment zone with video games, cooking classes and special arts and crafts activities.
Not everything goes to the kids. Parents receive their fair share of pampering, including 24-hour room service, unpacking and packing services, priority reservations in restaurants and complimentary access to the hydrotherapy area of Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness center.
A Family Host is also on hand to assist with reservations and special requests.
Ninety-five Master Junior Suites make up the Family Selection program area, located in the two former The Royal Suites Punta de Mita buildings on the property.
