On Monday, a United Airlines flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Nashville after a reportedly intoxicated passenger became disruptive.
According to The Associated Press, the Metro Nashville Police have revealed that the passenger-identified as 26-year-old Mohammed Nasser Aldoseri-allegedly had eight lemon drop shots before he boarded the flight from Cincinnati to Houston Monday.
The captain of the flight was forced to call for an emergency landing at Nashville International Airport in Tennessee after Aldoseri allegedly broke one of the plane's bathroom doors before throwing up in the sink. The disruptive passenger also allegedly began speaking loudly in Arabic.
Following a safe landing by the crew, police boarded the flight to arrest Aldoseri and found him passed out in his seat. When he was woken up by authorities, they claim he "had slurred speech, red, glassy eyes and was unsteady on his feet."
Eight Lemon Drops would cause anyone to become unruly, but one can't help but also think about other recent cases where airlines have been quick to pull the trigger when passengers have been overheard simply speaking Arabic. However, it appears, Aldoseri's actions here were far more egregious.

Aldoseri has been charged by Nashville police with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $3,000, and he is due in court for his next hearing Thursday morning,
The United Airlines flight and the 57 people onboard were allowed to continue to their final destination of George Bush International Airport in Houston a short time later.
