Riverside Luxury Cruises plans to debut an additional ship in 2028.
In 2023, the company purchased five river ships from Crystal Cruises: Mozart, Debussy, Ravel, Mahler and Bach. Since then, it has put Mozart, Debussy and Ravel into service under the Riverside Luxury Cruises banner. Now, it plans to launch the fourth—Mahler.
Riverside Mahler will join sister-ship Riverside Debussy sailing itineraries on the Rhine, Main, Moselle and Danube rivers
“This is the next chapter for Riverside. Introducing Riverside Mahler gives us the opportunity to take everything we’ve built so far and apply it to the Rhine in new, creative ways—more access, more flexibility, and a fresh take on a river everyone thinks they already know,” says Jennifer Halboth, chief executive officer of Riverside Luxury Cruises. “As demand for true luxury river cruising continues to grow, this expansion allows us to build on our commitment to delivering an exceptional, highly personalized experience while honoring the legacy of these remarkable ships.”
