Comfort: Normally headphones with this much sound quality come with noticeable bulk. The top of the head can get a bit sore after a long listening session.

Cost: These headphones, when considered with the $50 Cipher lightning cable add-on, are a complete set in so many ways.
Retailing at $449 for the regular model, it's a great price for those who demand crisp, deep and immersive sound experiences. With planar magnetic drivers, an integrated amplifier and comfortable construction these are worth the cost - especially if you're looking for something to whisk you away from the melee that can be the stress and congestion of traversing the globe.
Score: 4.5 out of 5
Sound: These things sound amazing. Audeze put a lot of work into bringing deep lows, crisp highs and an immersive sound in between to this set and they accomplished it.
They are the kind of headphones that make you sit on the couch for longer than you probably should, listening to albums you have already memorized.
Score: 5 out of 5
Verdict: It all depends on what you want in headphones. Those who want something inexpensive, there are sets and ear buds that you should certainly consider.
But many don't want to sacrifice quality just because they are hopping from hotel to hotel. These are those headphones for you, giving you orchestral brilliance in whatever bag you carry onto the plane.
Final Score: 4.5 out of 5
