ALG Vacations recently launched its first luxury collection, Luxe by ALG Vacations, earlier in June, and we sat down with ALG Vacations’ Global Head of Brands, Jacki Marks, to learn more about the collection.
Luxe by ALG Vacations will offer nearly 450 luxury hotels and concierge services in destinations around the world, hand-selecting the resorts and five-star hotels across well-known brands such as Andaz, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf Astoria, Impression by Secrets and St. Regis. The collection is available to search and to book across ALGV's brands.
“The hotels in the Luxe by ALG Vacations Collection are distinguished by their AAA Four or Five Diamond ratings or affiliation with other leading luxury programs like Leading Hotels of the World,” said Marks. “In regions not utilizing AAA ratings, hotels must maintain a 5-star ALGV rating and be recognized by another top industry program. Moreover, all properties are directly contracted with ALG Vacations, ensuring a seamless guest experience without third-party intermediaries. This guarantees high standards and personalized service across the collection.”
Supporting Travel Advisors Through Expert Care
Luxe by ALG Vacations doesn’t simply offer vacation packages for luxury experiences: it also offers expertise and support for travel advisors through the Luxe Concierge Consultants, experts in the Luxe Collection.
“The Luxe Concierge Desk supports travel advisors by offering comprehensive assistance throughout the travel experience,” Marks explained. “Luxe Concierge Consultants are available to assist with all phases of travel, including before, during, and after the trip. Prior to booking, they can answer questions about the Luxe program and discuss potential additional services such as arranging special touches such as dining reservations or upgrades to transfers for existing Luxe reservations.”
“Additionally, after clients return, the Concierge Desk is available to address any questions or issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless and personalized travel experience for advisors and their clients alike.”

Travel advisors receive distinct benefits by booking their clients at these properties through ALG Vacations, including utilizing VAXVacationAccess booking technology and ALGV’s commission structure.
