After releasing its full 2024 event calendar earlier this week, Disneyland Resort today revealed the themes and details of next year’s separately-ticketed, after-hoursDisneyland After Dark series of events.
The much-loved, highly-anticipated soirées will feature a brand-new theme and returning favorites, with more event nights on the schedule than ever before!
For the uninitiated, Disneyland After Dark events are standalone, themed nighttime experiences requiring separate admission tickets.
These enchanting evening events offer after-hours theme park and ride access, shorter wait times for select attractions, unique entertainment, rare character appearances, specialty food and beverage offerings, exclusive merchandise and much more.
Each Disneyland After Dark evening kicks off with a three-hour pre-party mix-in at Disneyland park from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. PT, setting the stage for an unforgettable night of themed festivities. Attendees receive commemorative keepsakes, including a souvenir credential and an event guide map, along with unlimited digital downloads of their Disney PhotoPass photos captured throughout the event.
Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite
- Dates: January 23, 25, 30; February 1, 6, 8, 12 and 14, 2024, at Disneyland Park.
At Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite, running on eight special nights in a lead-up to Valentine’s Day, guests can immerse themselves in this magical celebration of the love that surrounds us all. Come together as a couple, with besties or your family to this swoon-worthy soirée.
Highlights include a royal cavalcade featuring Disney's beloved princes and princesses, a royal ball near "it's a small world", a dance party with “Stitch and Angel” in Tomorrowland, and various themed photo backdrops portraying iconic scenes of love and friendship from Disney classics. Indulge in themed sweet treats and savory items crafted exclusively for Sweethearts’ Nite throughout the park.

Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite
- Dates: March 5 and 7, 2024, at Disneyland Park.
An all-new themed event this year, Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite takes guests on a nostalgic journey through the various eras iconic of Disney Channel programming and the favorite TV shows they enjoyed while growing up. These Nites will feature fabulous music, memorable characters, high-octane parties, exclusive photo opportunities and much more.
Highlights include a "High School Musical" pep rally, a "Phineas and Ferb" dance party in Tomorrowland, "Camp Rock" karaoke, The Ultimate Disney Channel Trivia Challenge, a "Descendants" cruise aboard the Sailing Ship Columbia, and photo backdrops from other beloved Disney Channel shows and movies. And, of course, attendees can savor specially-themed foods and snacks throughout the evening.

Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite
- Dates: April 16, 18, 23, 25, 30; May 2, 7 and 9, 2024, at Disneyland Park.
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nites returns next year with more nights than ever before. Guests can chart their course to a galaxy far, far away during this extraterrestrial extravaganza, which takes place during the “Season of the Force” special evening, running from April 5 – June 2. While specific details and on-sale dates have yet to be released, they will be announced in the near future.

Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite
- Dates: June 18 and 20, 2024, at Disneyland Park.
