Oga’s Cantina to Open at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
Entertainment Janeen Christoff August 30, 2018

There’s a new watering hole at Black Spire Outpost in Disney’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
According to the Disney Parks blog, Oga’s Cantina will serve pilots, bounty hunters, smugglers, locals and galactic travelers alike beginning in 2019 at both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World.
Oga Garra’s establishment on the galaxy’s edge is a local watering hole and visitors will find concoctions “created with exotic ingredients” using “otherworldly methods” in unique vessels, which sounds intriguing. There will be libations for adults and children alike.

And every intergalactic outpost needs entertainment, which will be provided by RX-24, the former StarSpeeder 3000 pilot droid from Star Tours, will take on a new role as the cantina’s resident DJ.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019 at Disneyland Resort and in the fall of next year at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World.
A new Star Wars-inspired resort is also underway. The hotel is being constructed at Walt Disney World and will connect to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
