Tourism Ireland is taking the guessing game out of 'Game of Thrones' vacations with a brilliant marketing scheme.
Business Insider's Lara O'Reilly reports on an initiative that peppers the local landscape with signs and items inspired by the hit HBO show.
As O'Reilly states, the network and Tourism Ireland began setting up various posts around Northern Ireland to denote where real places played the part of picturesque fictional landscapes.
The above image, via Facebook, was snapped off at Ballintoy Harbour, County Antrim, and it gives travelers an idea of where to head if they want to see the famed M1 of Westeros.

Discover Northern Ireland had a similar scheme for those travelers who might want to infuse their respective holiday with some GoT fare.
The website posted a map of the various locations that have been used for filming, such as Castle Ward, which doubles as Winterfell.

As for the current marketing scheme, Tourism Ireland tweeted out that the brilliant madness extends beyond various signs:

As you can see, there is plenty to love about Northern Ireland from a pop culture standpoint. From there, the magic of a verdant and gorgeous country will be the icing on the proverbial pigeon pie.
