Just because you flew 14 hours cramped into a cabin the size of a New York City studio doesn't mean you have to look like you did.

We've mined this here Internet machine for some of the most useful tips from some of the most famous people in the world.

We all have our little travel cheats to look and feel like a million bucks (stay hydrated and get some rest!). But let's take a look at some people who also actually have that kind of dough in the bank.

Chrissy Teigen:

On being a mom and traveling with a baby, Teigen explained that it's natural to stress out. In the end, it's far more important to concentrate on the one who matters.

She tells Business Insider: "I think the less you freak out the better. My problem is that her cries [make me] go into anxiety mode. I worry about other people so much, so I need to think more about her and how I can comfort her rather than worry about everyone around me because worrying about everybody around me isn't helping her calm down."

The model continues: "My best advice is to just block everything out. Don't be embarrassed, it happens to everybody and just give [your baby] some love."

Teigen once explained how an airplane is the perfect place to catch up on beauty time: "It's funny, because I'm actually crazy about [skin care] when I'm on an airplane or something. When I travel is when I take the best care of my skin because I have all the time in the world, and can put on every cream. But, when I come home after a long day, I'm not great about keeping everything up - the serums, the lotions, and the potions that I have."

Kim Kardashian:

Perez Hilton was happy to relay a number of tips from the insanely popular and social-media prolific Kim Kardashian.

The reality-TV star states: "From Kanye's Saint Pablo Tour to NYFW and PFW, I've been flying SO much lately. To avoid experiencing jet lag, I always pack these items below. I swear, they (Shhh Silk 2) are amazing. Whenever I arrive to a new location, I try to go to bed super early to help get on local time. I can't live without my silk pillowcase-it always helps me get a good night sleep."

As for jet lag, she states: "For my first day in a new city, I try to get out and about for a little. Getting any type of exercise helps me adjust to the specific local time."

And to keep that energized look, Kardashian explains, "When I go out, I keep under-eye concealer on me at all times."

Kristen Bell:

The actress has some nice advice for parents on a road trip. She explains how she and husband Dax Shepard get some quiet in the car, via Us Magazine: "Nobody screams and cries in a car in this family. Well, also because Dad will pull the car over on the highway and say we're not driving until people stop screaming because that's what his mom did to him."

As for how to stay looking young, it's all about staving off the sun: "Well, the most practical beauty ritual which gets me the best results, is wearing sunscreen. I think that's why I've been able to maintain a youthful appearance. I love the sun, but it is not my friend, so applying sunscreen every morning is probably the most practical part of my beauty routine."

Gwyneth Paltrow:

Back in March, the New York Times sat down with the well-known actress to glean some advice on travel.

If you want to feel and look well rested, Paltrow explains: "I drink tons of water, and I have a vitamin sachet that I put in it. Also, I moisturize my skin and put on a mask. I try not to eat rubbish either. I'll pack salad and fruit.

"If I'm going on an overnight flight, I'll drink whiskey or a glass of wine and then go to sleep, but on day flights, I try not to drink. When I land, I try to find a sauna to sit in for 20 minutes to help me sweat out all the germs from the plane."

Eva Longoria:

The actress once told Forbes that her now discontinued pillow was the best part of her travels: "I must have my trusty soft faux pillow when I travel. It was made by Brookstone, but was discontinued years ago. It's the best travel pillow ever!"

Basically, find your own version of the most comfortable pillow and never let it go.

And besides always having comfy socks, Longoria explains the best way to stay fit while traveling is running around the city: "Every time I land in Paris, I go for a run along the Seine River and under the Eiffel Tower - magical every time."

Lionel Ritchie:

The same Forbes article has an interesting piece of trivia for anyone hopping from one hotel to another all year long.

On Ritchie's travel habits: "To stay fit, he requests a treadmill and dumbbells for his room. Most people may not realize, but this can usually be arranged through the hotel concierge."

Something tells us that not every hotel will be amenable to sending a fully functioning treadmill to your room unless you have changed the landscape of modern music.

But we'd love to hear how your attempts go.

Jessica Alba:

The actress once told InStyle all about her must-haves when it comes to preparing for the adventures of travel.

On clothes: "I wear versatile and comfortable clothes for a long flight, like a blazer, soft T-shirt and scarf with skinny jeans that stretch and ballet flats. The scarf could double as an extra pillow or blanket if need be, and I usually hang my blazer once I board the flight which keeps the wrinkles away. I also try to pack socks and thin slippers because the bathroom floor in the plane always seems to get wet and there is nothing worse than stepping in an unidentifiable wet puddle."

As for feeling and looking brand new: "I think everyone likes feeling fresh after a flight, so I pack a mini makeup bag with Hourglass concealer, a Shu Uemura eyelash curler, Hourglass or Physicians Formula mascara, Tarte cream blush, and Honest healing balm-flying can be extremely drying on your skin, so it's is a must-have for your lips, hands, and all other dry spots that need soothing."
