Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Opens Gourmet Market

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino has opened Tahoe Provisions, a gourmet market and general store offering quick and affordable light bites, grab-and-go items, familiar grocery favorites, beer and wines by the bottle, gourmet items and gifts. Among the items are breakfast pastries, granola, salads, freshly baked cookies and grilled Panini sandwiches made to order. Packaging and cutlery is biodegradable and environmentally friendly wherever possible. Other highlights include an espresso bar, blended-to-order fresh fruit smoothies, mix-your-own traditional and nostalgic candies, and boxed s'mores kits complete with roasting sticks to use at the Hyatt's fire pits. Unusual Tahoe keepsakes include craps dice and casino cards previously used in the resort's Grand Lodge Casino, as well as best-selling cookbooks and branded aluminum drinking bottles. Custom-designed chairs and tables equipped with power access provide seating for up to 18 guests. Guests can check email while watching the game or checking the news on the built-in individual TVs.
