Travel Impressions is deepening its relationship with Trisept Solutions and its powerful VAX VacationAccess marketplace.
The company will shift from its current Quest for Agents platform to VAX VacationAccess marketplace, an enhancement that will make working with the agent-only tour operator even easier.
Enhancements include ways to save and compare itineraries, the ability to modify existing bookings on one's own, the ability to create personalized quote emails directly from the marketplace with agency logos, to send emails with multiple trip options to multiple recipients, the ability to schedule, apply payments and set up reminders and to customize and set surcharges for individual reservations.
The shift is scheduled to take place in the fall of this year, but travel agents can start training now-and Travel Impressions is offering incentives for those who do.
Agents who sign up for training will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win a $100 prize offered per session. They will also have their name entered into a pool for a $500 grand prize that will be awarded at the end of the series.
Training sessions are scheduled throughout the month of August.
