Virtual travel has got many through this unique time, and many travelers have dreamed/planned/booked where they want to go as soon as travel restrictions are lifted. InsureMyTrip collected data from Google about the most popular search trends for vacationing by U.S. citizens. Did your dream destination make the list?

Italy offers a diverse landscape with tons of history and beautiful scenery. Add in delicious food and a welcoming population, and it's no wonder why Italy made the list.

And although the country isn't going to be fully open for a while - they plan to reopen in phases - once the country is open again, visitors should feel safe when returning to Thailand - the country has launched a special health and safety certification program to ensure quality and hygiene standards.
