American Cruise Lines Hosting Football Fans on Private Super Bowl Charters

American Cruise Lines is launching its latest Mississippi River cruise season a bit early, as football fans flock to New Orleans for the Super Bowl.

Big Game Travel has chartered two of the line’s riverboats to host guests on exclusive 3- and 4-night packages ahead of the game.

Football fans are enjoying the private balcony accommodations onboard American Melody and American Serenade, plus private transportation to the Superdome.

Several other American Cruise Lines ships are already docked in New Orleans as the brand gears up for another Mississippi River cruise season.

This year’s sailings officially kick off on February 21.

American will offer more than 12 itineraries on the Mississippi through December, ranging from 8-day vacations to longer, 51-day explorations of the iconic waterway.
