Victory Cruise Lines announced Wednesday all Cuba port facilities are operational.

The planned tour venues and shore excursions are available following a series of hurricanes which impacted the Caribbean.

Victory CEO Bruce Nierenberg revealed that he has spoken with hosts and partners in Cuba, who have reported the recovery process is underway and the scheduled People-to-People Cuba cruises beginning February 2018 will not be impacted.

"Our first concern was for the people of Cuba and their safety during Hurricane Irma," Nierenberg said in a statement. "Our hearts go out to those who have experienced loss."

As the only cruise line offering a luxury circumnavigation of Cuba, Victory offers multi-day calls in five ports on the island, including Havana, Maria la Gorda, Cienfuegos, Trinidad de Cuba and Santiago de Cuba.

The voyages include stops at five UNESCO sites, expert lecturers onboard, local cuisine and entertainment, People-to-People experiences and all-inclusive shore excursions. To help persuade more travelers to make the journey, the company is offering a $3,000 discount per cabin, based on double occupancy.

All journeys with Victory comply with U.S. regulations, including the changes recently announced by President Donald Trump and the State Department. The Cuban shore experiences also operate within U.S. guidelines for American travelers visiting the island.

The Victory I cruise ship will depart from Miami on February 8 and 22, March 9 and 24, and April 7 and 20, 2018. The all-inclusive full fares start at $7,457 per person, double occupancy.

The 2018 winter season ends with an 11-day Cuba and Colonial America repositioning cruise that begins May 5 with a short flight from Miami to Havana. Victory I then departs Havana on May 6 and will call at Jacksonville, Florida; Charleston, South Carolina; Norfolk, Virginia; Newport, Rhode Island; and Gloucester, Massachusetts, before ending in Portland, Maine. Fares start at $6,890 per person, double occupancy.

Victory I will then reposition for an 11-day voyage from Portland to Toronto, Ontario, during the summer season of Great Lakes Grand Discovery cruises between Toronto and Chicago, Illinois.
