Frank A. Del Rio Leaving Oceania Cruises

Frank A. Del Rio is stepping down after two years at the helm of Oceania Cruises.

Jason Montague, who was recently appointed “chief luxury officer” for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, will take over the presidential duties.

Montague is also serving as president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, replacing past president Andrea DeMarco. 

Del Rio spent more than a decade at Oceania, with roles ranging from director of destination service to chief sales and marketing officer. He has served as the brand’s president since 2023. 

His father, Frank J. Del Rio, co-founded Oceania Cruises in 2002.

The elder Del Rio retired from his role as president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in 2023.
