Norwegian Cruise Line has had to cancel
nearly a month of itineraries aboard one of its ships. The Pride of America is
going into drydock, resulting in the cancellation of four cruises between May
3 and May 25 of next year.
Guests have already been notified and
will be fully reimbursed.
Those who have paid their reservations
with a previously issued Future Cruise Credit (FCC) will have 100 percent of
the account as a new FCC.
“As part of our commitment to continuously
offer extraordinary vacation experiences around the world for our guests, and
to uphold a consistent world-class product across our fleet, the Pride of
America will be undergoing routine maintenance in May 2025,” Norwegian said in
its statement.

Hawaiian Islands.
“As a company, we are committed to
providing exceptional vacation experiences, both onboard our ships and at the
many destinations we cruise worldwide,” Norwegian said.
Affected guests utilizing their FCC will
also receive a 20 percent discount for trips on the Pride of America between
April 5, 2025, and June 21, 2025. It is obviously not available for cruises
already canceled. All other guests will receive a 10 percent discount in the
form of an FCC through the end of 2025, although the two discounts cannot be combined.

announced its 2026 voyages.
