Knott’s Berry Farm has become one of California’s most
popular theme parks, and one of the reasons for its success is the annual Knott’s
Scary Farm festivities.
Tickets for the 50th anniversary of the Halloween party are
now on sale.
According to The
Orange County Register, Knott’s Scary Farm’s 50th-anniversary celebration
will boast new mazes and infamous haunts of the past, including 10 haunted
mazes, five scare zones and four live shows.
The annual Halloween event is coming to the California theme
park for 29 select nights in September and October, including September 21-24, September
28-October 1, October 4-8, October 11-15, October 18-22, October 25-29, and October
31.
On nights when Knott’s Scary Farm is operating, gates open
at 7 p.m. local time for the separately ticketed event and close at 2 a.m. on
Fridays and Saturdays and 1 a.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
The 2022 edition of Knott’s Scary Farm featured nine haunted
mazes, five scare zones and three live shows. The theme park plans to announce
more details about the 50th-anniversary celebration in the coming weeks.
For those already in California to celebrate Halloween, Disneyland
Resort announced the return of its popular celebrations, including
Halloween Time offerings throughout the resort, as well as ‘Plaza de la
Familia’ festivities at Disney California Adventure Park and the after-hours
event’ Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party.’
