Now you can add the rare flare that is Cold War espionage to your next oceanic adventure.

Via press release, we are introduced to La Sultana, a luxury yacht that has gone through myriad evolutions during a rather eventful lifetime-and one you can now charter for your next epic escapade.

What began as Aji Petri, a Bulgarian ferry vessel created in 1962, was retooled and transformed into something far more secretive in 1970.

The release explains some rather remarkable events throughout the ensuing decades: "In 1970, global political tension made Aji Petri invaluable to the Soviet navy as an environmental research ship and it was sent to the North Atlantic Ocean on behalf of the International Organization of Telecommunications for unofficial spying on the US and the UK."

According to the release Aji Petri returned to service as maritime squire between Istanbul and Yalta following the Cold War.

However, recently it has been overhauled to make your next holiday a historic one. It's now been refurbished and dubbed La Sultana after proprietor La Sultana Group.

And now it can be all yours, albeit temporarily and for a substantial price.

You can find far more information and images of the luxurious vessel at the official website. But we may offer a few spoiler alerts before you click on over.

We might as well lead with the price tag, so the following amenities can ease the sting a bit. A trip on this yacht will run "from €225,000 (about $25,1459) per week + VAT + Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) from Winter 2015."

Now pick up that jaw from the floor and peep some of the things that come with your luxury liner: "Facilities include three tender boats, including two Nantucket Limited Edition Sellerie By Lancel boats and an XPRO 490; a Mini-Moke jeep; an indoor swimming pool; outdoor Jacuzzi; a hammam; a Marina beach club; two jetskis; two kayaks; two windsurfing boards; diving equipment; a wakeboard; six bikes; wifi and onboard entertainment system."

Nothing says relaxation like several personal conveyances placed on one larger ship. But what if you aren't the type to exert energy?

Well, you can always enjoy the indoor pool, which makes swimming outside the yacht silly and superfluous. There are also two lounges and a sculpture that once lived at Paris' Hermes.

But the real kicker is the fact that your sips by the pool will bookend the realization that this ship was once used during the shrouded tumult of the Cold War.
