Accor Accelerates in Japan

Leading global hospitality group Accor will work with its asset managers, Japan Hotel Reit Advisors (JHRA), to refresh and rebrand the Daiwa Resorts portfolio into Mercure and Grand Mercure hotels, adding nearly two dozen properties and more than 6,000 guest rooms under the Accor-operated umbrella in the Asian destination, with conversions set to take place throughout 2024
