Hotel & Resort Donald Wood November 06, 2017

For travel agents looking to book their theme park-loving clients a dream vacation in 2019, Universal Orlando Resort will soon begin offering value hotel options, with prices starting at less than $100 per night.
Two new family-friendly hotels are set to begin operating in the summer of 2019 and will feature a combined 2,800 guest rooms, including 1,450 two-bedroom suites designed to accommodate families of all sizes.
Both of the upcoming hotels, which will boast 750 and 2,050 rooms, respectively, will be located just minutes away from Universal’s three theme parks and Universal CityWalk. The amenities found at the facilities will include three pools, two food courts, coffee bars, poolside bars, fitness rooms, car rental facilities and more.
Universal announced nightly rates will be lower than the prices for Cabana Bay Beach Resort and the upcoming Aventura Hotel, scheduled to open in August 2018.
Clients who stay in the new hotels will also be immersed in the full Universal experience, with Early Park Admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure or Universal’s Volcano Bay, as well as complimentary transportation and resort-wide charging privileges.

The hotels will become Universal’s seventh and eighth hotels and will be located on a 64-acre site at the intersection of Universal Blvd. and International Drive in Orlando. When completed, Universal will boast a total of 9,000 guest rooms.
Reservations for the new hotels will be accepted in early 2018.
