Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa’s MICHELIN-starred restaurant, Victoria & Albert’s, retains its star this year.
The over-20-year-old dining experience offers a lavish multi-course menu and draws inspiration from Queen Victoria’s Jubilee Celebration. Its wine collection offers over 500 selections.
The restaurant is the only one in Florida to hold both the AAA Five Diamond and the Forbes Travel Guide Star awards, which it has held since 2000 and 2018. It has also won several other awards.

Victoria & Albert’s received its MICHELIN Star in 2024 and is the only theme park restaurant in the United States to have ever earned a star.
MICHELIN-starred restaurants are considered the peak of quality and excellence in fine dining. They are rated by anonymous inspectors who assess the restaurants on five specific criteria: product quality, mastery of cooking techniques, harmony of flavors, personality of the chef that is apparent through the food, and consistency in the menu and over time.
